A Stone of Remembrance

"The Stone of Remembrance" is taken from I Samuel 7 where we find the story about Israel's turbulent relationship with the Philistines and the return of the Ark of the Covenant. Also, finally, Israel has a longing for God. Samuel places a stone of remembrance after their victory over the enemy. We, too, should have many stones of remembrance in our lives where they testify of God's deliverances in our spiritual lives.
